“I thought I knew a lot about exercise and nutrition and what was happening to me going through Peri-Menopause. I believed the doctors when they said I will have to be on Metformin for life because I am pre diabetic.
I met Sophia one and half years ago and everything changed for me. I started strength training and sort of watched my nutrition. Now my nutrition is so much better and I understand so much more.

She trains me remotely with her well structured online programme according to my needs and restrictions to get the best out of me. “I've been doing Sophia’s workouts for a few years now. I started by joining bootcamp but with having two children I sometimes found it difficult getting out in the evenings. Being a teacher, Summer is a long holiday and sometimes it can be tricky to keep up the routine of exercising when travelling.
Sophias online programmes have been a game changer for me. I was able to complete them from anywhere at anytime with minimal equipment needed. It helped me mentally and physically I feel stronger and fitter.
