Step 2 - Once you’ve subscribed to your chosen Online Programme, you’ll receive a prompt to download the App and fill in all of your details.

Step 3 - Get started! You’ll be able to view your workout schedule, description and video tutorials in the App.

Step 4 - As you log your workouts in the App and begin to progress, I will keep in touch and be on hand to answer any queries along the way. Simply use the ‘chat’ section in the App.

Step 5 - Ready to progress to the next Programme? Send me a message at any time during your subscription to make changes. Just be sure to give 7 days notice ahead of your billing date.
