This program is a true workout burner that you can do at home or in the gym. The sessions are quick yet highly effective, using just dumbbells and your body weight. Most of the program focuses on low-intensity, functional, and static movements designed to build full-body strength through a 4-day workout split.

The workouts incorporate a variety of training methods, including TABATAS, AMRAPs, EMOMs, and Circuits, to keep things dynamic and engaging.
Each workout includes a tailored warm-up and a cool-down stretch, both of which are crucial for preventing injury and promoting faster recovery.
Additionally, you'll have access to BONUS mobility videos, which you can add on any day. These are designed to enhance your mobility and complement your workouts, helping you move better and feel stronger as you progress through the program.

Two sets of dumbbells (One lighter pair 5kg or under, one heavier 5-10kg+)
How long does the programme last?
This programme contains one months worth of workouts, which can be completed as many times as you like with an aim of increasing your weights to build strength over time.
What is the cost?
400 AED per month. Automatically billed on the same date each month. You can cancel or change your programme at any time with 7 days notice.
