What You’ll Learn:

Master Compound Lifts:
Compound lifts use multiple joints and muscle groups, making them key to building strength. We’ll cover:

  • Back Squats

  • Front Squats

  • Deadlifts

  • Bench Press

  • Hip Thrusts

  • Strict Overhead Press

  • Bonus: Pull-ups (if time allows!)

    Build Confidence with a Barbell:
    Learn how to integrate barbell exercises into your training program with proper form and technique to prevent injuries.
