Over the month, you'll enhance your fitness, and when you're ready, you can seamlessly progress to the next level with our 'Level Up' program.

No matter your reason for starting, this is your time to reconnect with your body, reduce stress, and prioritize your overall well-being. In just a few weeks, you'll notice significant improvements in both your physical and mental health, and feel more energized and confident.

How long does the programme last?

This programme contains one months worth of workouts, which can be completed as many times as you like, until you feel ready to progress to the Level Up Programme.

What is the cost?

300 AED per month. Automatically billed on the same date each month. You can cancel or change your programme at any time with 7 days notice.
